i really like this guy but hes 20 and im only 16 what should i do?

My first guess is that this is more of an infatuation than anything else. He's older, has some worldly experience, maybe a car. If you were 20 you may not even think twice about him.
4 years in the age difference may make no difference once you hit your 20's or older, but right now it does. You are likely still under your parent's supervision while he may not be.
Also, not to bring this guy down, but he probably won't have your best interests at heart. At that age I personally did not care about a girl's feelings. You have to really really be careful.
I would advise you to stay away from this one and look for a guy a little more your age.

Get to know him but personally i don't think he'll be interested as your only 16, if it was me i'd walk away but saying that i was 17 and went with a 26 year old and if i could turn back the clock i'd not do it again.

oh cool go for it..i dont think its that bad..because i once liked a guy who was 20 when i was 16...i mean it works out but the problem is age does come in it sometimes..because obviously they knw more than you and more mature obviously so you do have arg uments....i would just say do what you hear tells you...if it dont work...then its not meant to be is it...hope thats helpful...

It would probably be better for you to just be friends with him, you're very young and if he is any kind of man worth anything he won't want to get involved with somebody who is technically still a child. If he is interested in you in any sexual way, he probably isn't a very nice man anyway. I think you should discuss this with an adult you can trust, friend..relative or teacher.

a crush cant hUrt. but i would still set out to look for a guy more ur age or if u r determined to have this guy.. wait till ur 18 and hes 22 so hes techniclly dating an adult

Find someone younger and concentrate on school. Depending on where you live, he could get into serious trouble if the two of you hook up. You are young, you have plenty of crushes left in you :)
