in all honesty nothing will happen . its not like they were eating meat and other things humans eat.they eat seed .also i have a 7 month old and it has happened just picked it up and down it went .needless to say its gross but Sh*t happens!!

Parakeet poop is harmless. I'm not saying you should be serving it on a dish, but if it happens once it's nothing to worry about. Poop from wild birds such as Pidgeons and Crows can be very dangerous though, don't let the baby eat that.

Just doesn't sound very palatable but birds for the most part eat seeds, fruit & veggies...so I don't think a child eating bird poop would harm the child.

what harm can it do.....it's just parret crap. How much did he/she ate...If it's alot, maybe you should go see a doctor to find out if it did something to the child..
