You need to make an appointment with a physiologist. They can prescribe you a medication to balance out your emotions. It does sound like you could be Bipolar.

You're not alone, many people go through situations like this. You are going through a moment of your life where your emotions have no balance, you are either too happy or too sad (mad). Take your time and think on what makes you feel so bad (situations, people, weather, etc.). Make a list of all those things and try to avoid them. For example, if being alone makes you feel sad, avoid it... if there's no one home, then go to a friend's house or some other place you'll find someone to be with.
On the other hand, make a list of all the positive things that make you happy, and try to do them as often as possible.
Try to avoid sweets. You are experiencing anxiety "attacks", and eating sweets stimulate them.
Whenever you start feeling down, change your mind. Move to another place, do a different activity. That will help you make the negative feelings or thoughts go away.
Be patient and constant, you'll feel better! :-)
