Kinda sounds like a drug house... call the police anonymous tip line and turn it in.

I'm a little confused because I thought HUD was low income housing -- how can someone get HUD aid for a summer house? If you're positive it's against regulations, contact HUD, also do you think there is drug activity going on there? If you suspect drug activity with all the cars coming and going call the police and tell them what you suspect and WHY. Unless you're in a high crime area, most departments would be happy to send extra patrols through to survey the situation.
As for asking them not to park on your side -- you don't own the parking spot in front of your house (sorry), so anyone is allowed to park there. Good luck -- hopefully these neighbors won't last long.

Mind your own business. Sorry but that is the only way you will be able to keep the peace and still live there. It sounds as if these are the type of people that know how to make others miserable. Either start looking for another place to live or just keep to yourself and put up with the annoyance. Good luck to you, I wish you the best.
They probably are dealing drugs, that's just one more reason to keep away. If you turn them in they may assume it was you and you have bigger problems.

if it really is against HUD rules simply report them, also check your local noise ordinance if there is one see if there activity is a violation and call them on it also if you are worried about your home or vehicle notify the police have them at least create a "paper trail" just in case something does happen and worst case scenario fight fire with fire, i hate to say this but if you want to stay and you want them gone try making there lives a little more difficult you know throw parties park lots of cars get the neighbors involved if they have a problem also get them on the mission of getting rid of the bad neighbors. or just live and let live and maybe things will get better.

you could report them to HUD, and let them know what's going on. About coming and going, can u really tell a person when to come and go? I am hardly ever at home. Wouldnt like it somebody told me i couldnt come home when i want, ya know. Sometimes my kids do slam the doors, sorry. If their not following the rules, id report them, because somebody else might need that house.

Sounds like they could be dealing drugs. Call the cops and tell them there are cars coming and going at all hours the day and night. They'd be real interested to hear that as it's a pretty good indication drug dealers live in the house.

Well, it is THEIR house and it isn't up to you to decide how many visitors they can have and when they can arrive. You wouldn't want them doing that to you, would you? And it isn't illegal for them to park on "your side" of the street (unless you are in an urban situation with specified parking spots, but it doesn't sound like that) just as you can park on "their" side of the street if you choose.

Well you do not have a side of the street. Parking in the street is just that. You have no say about the street in front of your house. It is not private parking nor is it reserved parking.

Hey, if they got people coming and going at all hours of the day and night, they are probably dealing drugs or doing drugs. Rude, obnoxious behavior, no patience, and paranoia are all classic symptoms of drug users. If you think that might be the case, report them!
