B is better most times, but eat a couple of eggs every week -- they're good for you.

Every morning before work I eat a banana, a container of yogurt and one other piece of fruit. I eat the full eggs and toast breakfasts (and sometimes natural sausage or homemade whole grain pancakes) on the weekends and stay slim.

You can eat anything you want for breakfast. It depends on your taste. The link I provided has all kind of breakfast menus. Its really neat. I like "Ezekiel Bread" for breakfast with butter and jelly, or peanut butter. You can get the bread at a health food store. It doesn't have any flour but is made up of sprouted whole grains. IT IS GOOD!!

Most importantly, make sure it is your most calorie-dense meal of the day. Oatmeal or any Whole-Grain cereal is long-lasting energy. Vegetable omelette, some juice or fruit, tea instead of coffee will keep you soaring long after lunchtime!
