Technically speaking you are correct. There is only one moment. We exist for one moment at a time. Our brains just link all the moments together and give us the illusion of continuity.

Well, each moment IS the one. It is the existence of here and now. We only live once. Why in the world would anyone want to go through it all over again....LOL. Save your "moments" for good thoughts and don't worry about the ones that don't matter. :)
