That could be a few things. One- your liver or your pancreas. Also- on a smaller scale, your intestines wrap up around there- or also- your gall blader. Do a goodle search on human anatomy and you may find a picture that can help you internally, otherwise, talk to your doctor if you have pain or issues.

The spleen and the pancreas are both behind the stomach on the left side. Below the stomach on the left side are the intestines, both large and small.

To be honest, it could be anything Sarah. But just to consider the safe side. You might have hurt yourself in sleep or while doing chores so that the lump has occurred. Or maybe, it's a bug bite. Don't worry much about being a big bad thing. Cause if you would have said that you feel a lump in your breast then it would have been real bad. But for now, have some rest and take good care. it wouldn not be the liver or spleen cause those are on the right side of the body it probably would be intestines and the left kidney

i believe it is the spleen it cradles directly under the stomach
