Within these few months I gained some pounds, and now I need to lose it. Honestly, it gets me depressed that my clothes fit tight now and I can't afford to buy bigger clothes. I started working out but it seems like its worthless and impossible. Can someone please give me some advice on diets, excercises, ect.

Hi
This plan helped me loose weight so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

Good luck

Hi Wonderful!

Your solution lies in controlling your caloric intake. If you keep your calories at or below 1500 per day and stay relatively active, you should lose weight. It also helps to spread these calories into five meals of about 300 calories each. Avoid going out to eat, as it is a diet killer.

If you do this, you should start to notice your clothes fitting better within the week.

I believe this answers your question, but if not, you may email me.

Good luck on your diet and fitness goals!

We've all been there!

To lose weight, you want cardio exercise for at least 30 minutes, at least 4 times a week. When you get your heart rate up for 30 minutes or more, your body starts to break down fat for energy - which is what you want.
Look at what you eat every day and see if there are any better choices you can make, it doesnt have to be drastic. Dont drink sodas - they are the worst for high calories and they do nothing for you, do drink lots of water. Dont keep snacks in the house, and avoid activities that make you want to snack like TV. learn a new hobby instead, or join a club or sign up for a class in something interesting.

I highly recommend weight watchers. They have special packages all the time. It's about 12-15 dollars a meeting, which seems expensive, but if you only need to lose a few pounds and keep it off, it really works. They have two different types of plans. I have done the core and lost about 2 lbs per week. Another friend did the flexpoints and lost about 25 lbs. in only about three months.

You don't have to go to meetings every single week, but they do recommend it.

Good luck! Don't get discouraged!

Hi, Im sorry you are having a hard time.
This is what I can tell you, I went on the Atkins diet for four months and lost 60 pounds. Unless you are a veggiterian it's an amazing diet. you can google Atkins Diet and go to their web page and see the info instead of buying the $$$ book!! It also has reciepes.

Eventually you going to have to buy some new clothes. You can't run around in tight clothes or nothing. Just accept yourself now then workout and diet until you get to your desired weight.

For the eating part, don't go over 1,500 to 1,700 calories a day. If you don't like working out, then just stick to walking. Buy a pedometer and shoot for 10,000 steps a day. This is a realtively easy and relatively painless way to lose weight.

when you start working out, it takes about a week to see results, the biggest mistake you could make is giving up on it... keep with it, do cardio at least 3 times a week, and start watching your intake, you'll do just fine, good luck!

you can always workout by playing a sport of some sort, but either way it goes you wont see the results as fast as you want
