Don't call the cops, it is a crime, but there is no one they can go out and arrest, its a website, so it will not be a priority for them. First, dispute the charge, ASAP with your credit card. Second, call your state Attorney General's office. They all have a consumer safety/fraud prevention site and they DO work. I made a purchase from Best Buy that I thought they misrepresented some information to me about, and my state Attorney General's office got them to write me and make an offer on how to fix it. The company wouldn't even listen to me on the phone.

Call the Consumer Fraud Hotline..(sorry, I dont have the number), or, your Attorney General Office, (yellow pages), as they would be very interested in fraud cases...
Contact your Credit Card Company (as a lot of them have credit protection if you dont get your items from the internet).
But, this is after you made every attempt to contact the web site via email, over a period of a few weeks... (Who knows, it may be lost in the mail...they should of given you a tracking number if its mailed by any of the Delivery Services)...
I wish you well..
Jesse
