i cooked a meatloaf last nite and only tasted it so i put it in the frig and i made a sandwichand its pretty good with a slice of fresh garden tomatoe out of my garden,some Hellman's mayonaise,a shot of hot sauce on toast/

it is very tasty! i took toasted bread and spread miracle whip on the bread. then i added iceberg lettuce, american cheese, and sliced purple onion. i heated the meatloaf slightly and added it to the sandwich. i had lays ruffle chips with a few dill pickle spears on the side and chowed down!

I love them with mayo and a little extra ketchup. I never had one until week before last and I was hounded into it. Last week I ended up making meatloaf just for sandwiches! I made a loaf of homemade bread to go with it.....It was wonderful! I might try a little cheese next time ...almost like a really tender, flavor kicked cheeseburger. Wished I hadn't gone sooo many years thinking it was a crazy idea!

Sounds yummy! Since we like foods a wee bit spicy, I make an extra meatloaf using lots of spicy ingredients just for the leftover sandwiches! We use whatever bread is in the cupboard (try it on pumpernickle!), then spread something like wasabi aoli, chipotle tobasco, or even Bold 'n'Spicy A1 sauce on the bread, add lettuce, and meatloaf slice, and chow down!

Potatoe Rolls are awesome for leftove Meatloaf sandwhichs. I just use the meatloaf and mix some ketchup and brown sugar and spread it over the sanwhich and viola'. EXCELLENTE!

nothing better than a meatloaf sandwich!
I smoke my meatloafs in my smoker which takes them to a whole other level of taste. With lots of mayo, mustard and ketchup, it's better than steak!!

Leftover meat loaf, cold from the fridge. Mayo, ketchup, squishy white bread. Put together and eat cold. Heaven!

Wow... that sounds good! You are very creative.... our meatloaf sandwiches consisted of white bread, meatloaf and ketchup.... boring... but I'm craving one anyway!!

Yummy, I make a brown sugar glaze for mine for the top, and with leftovers, I make it with miracle whip and white bread, that's it!! Yours sounds so yummy.
