I really think that my great grandfather did. My grandmother died about 12 years ago in april and then my grandfather died in November, the doctors said most of the time with old people if one dies the other will die within a year because they were with the same person for soooo long they just cant bear being without them.

i have heard from dr that u can die of a broke heart becasue ur stess level leads to highblood pressure and sometimes they might not catch it in time and it go over board and u can die of a heart attack from high blood pressure and yes if u have been with this person for a long time and u loose them you do go into depression and try and kill ur self that is why suicide rates r up on teens and adults today because of break ups......

Heart can not brake like glass but it is possible to die because of the stress associated with the unturned or unhappy love.
Mostly because of the severe depression which may lead to the suicide if not treated.

I really don't think so, but i know that often with older people when their spouse dies, quite often the other spouce will die shortly after, then everybody raves on about how their heart was broken. So it's either that or the first spouse was slowly poisining the other one and it finally did it's job.

Yes it is possible, it has to do with stress levels and blood flow, i can't remember what they usually say the cause of death is, but it is commonly seen after someone has experienced a bad break up.
