Probably not. He/she was trying to pay for (or get) something with sex. (Kissing is sex when it comes to cheating.) It reflects a complete lack of understanding about the boundaries of a serious relationship. "Ethically challenged" is a polite way to put.
Thank your lucky stars you found out now. Move on. Find someone who loves and respects you.

well what type of kiss was it? Kiss on the cheek saying hi or bye. Kiss on the lips, tounge down the throat? It all depends on the situation. If the are long time friends saying hi, then there shouldnt be a problem, if they are long time friends or just met and look like they are in a porn film, dump his a$$ quick and dont look back. Why would you want to keep something that clearly is not only yours. Once a cheater always a cheater. There is no such thing as a mistake.

bribing with a kiss? is that some kind of joke? I will be very pissed, not because of the kissing, after all, you're getting married and it's just a kiss, but because the excuse! Grown ups trying to bribe with kissing? I wouldn't like to be with someone like that, next time, the bribing will turn out to be a little harder and who knows what will he or she end up doing

I feel for you. It hurts to be betrayed like that. But to answer your question...
I wouldn't even take that lying fool back.
No man would disrespect me or any of my friends in such a manner and get away with it.
This man assumes that you are an idiot and a pushover. Prove him wrong.
Next time you think you've found a guy who is "the one", take a good hard look at him. Don't sugar coat his faults. Don't make excuses to justify his faults. If he treats you bad BEFORE the wedding, he'll treat you 10 times worse when you are married.

I think at the very least, they wouldn't be my "fiance" anymore! Bribe or not, it's sexual contact of some form, and that's a no-no when you're in a committed relationship with another person. Sounds like this person is not only a cheater, but a terrible liar, too.
