i dont kno wut ionic is but i do kno that cermic is the best type of flat iron to use. its not metal and it doesnt damage ur hair as much. if your looking to get a flat iron. heres a rele good website

I think the heat setting. But the straighter you want your hair, the hotter the flat iron gets. And I think that ceramic works better, the kind with the little bristles on the hot plate.

I think Ceramic gets Hotter.

ironic can damage ur hair..ceramic helps it
