The only one I have ever tried, or probably ever will was raw. EW. Plus, I don't know where you live, but here, every thing Wendy's serves is already cold and greasy when you get it. And I mean all of the Wendy's here. Maybe I should consider moving so that my fast food is served hot and juicy like they advertise.

Good for you-- it's hard to find a fast lunch that you really really like, isn't it.

I would guess the sirloin burger because the meat is leaner, while the crispy chicken is fried. It is also going to depend on what kind of sauces are on it and how much. Condiments are loaded with fats. If it's mayo on the chicken burger, I would go with the sirloin. Mayo is bad news.

I love it, I was so sick of paying 6dollars + for a sandwich, I love the new deal. McDonalds is closer to my work and has their junior chicken which I am also fond of:)

i was disappointed. i ordered one and it wasn't crispy. it was pretty much a tyson chicken patty that was microwaved and slapped on a bun with a small piece of lettuce and some mayo. i'll never buy one again.

I won't because of the trans fat and other fats. It's no grander than McDonalds' or Burger King's. Find out the nutrition facts first.
