Don't be scared. Just have fun and be a kid. If you let them scare you, you are giving them power and they win. Don't give them the satisfaction.

Hi Honey, I think maybe you are too young to have seen this movie, It's good to be aware of the world around you but you should not stop being a little 12 year old girl. They have allot of ways now that the Government stops terrorists from attacking us.So, remember the past but know that your future is still your future and being only 12 you have a long time to see what the world will be like in the future. Go play and have fun, love ya.

I would ask that you take a moment and understand that the world is not all sugar and spice.
Bad things happen - some caused by people, others by natural events.
You would be of no use to anyone if you lived in fear for the rest of your life.
You need to overcome that fear, focus on what is important in your life (i.e., your family, your friends, getting a good education and helping to make the world a better place of others).
Don't ignore the news of the day, but don't try to avoid doing things just because of world events.
Life happens while you're making other plans.
There are evil people everywhere, not just in the Middle East.
We have our own blond-haired, blue-eyed boys bombing building here in America (Tim McVeigh), and committing mass murder (Jeff Dalmer).
You can't control it, you have to make do with what you've got and try to be a strong person.
Do not let fear control your life.

well, you can dive bomb a plane into a short building. The same day as the Twin Towers was hit, so was the Pentagon. It is not tall.
If you let the terrorists scare you, then they have won.
If it is your turn to die, you will...
Go, have fun, if you want to go there go. I have been in Manhattan quite a few times since the Towers came down. I didn't go to the lower half until they cleared it, I didn't want to get into anyones way. But I left a message on the church for all the losses people had.
Don't let them win....

Don't worry about it, hun.
I've never heard about a terrorist plot for the Mall of America. Seems like an odd place to attack to me... /:
You shouldn't live in fear. I used to be freaked out all the time after the towers fell because I was afraid there would be more attacks. I finally got over it because after jumping under my desk a few times at the sound of airplanes I realized I was being immature and irrational.
What do you think the people in Washington D.C. feel like? I mean, wouldn't you be even more paranoid if you lived in the same city as the President?
I don't think you have anything to worry about. Just have fun, hang out with your friends, play games, live out your life. I'm sure it'll be a long and happy one. :)

You can't live your life scared, that's exactly what the terrorist want. Go out and live your life, be a 12 year old, be positive and try to stay away from the negative aspects of life including movies and the news. After all 'living well is the best revenge', right.

Sweetheart,
Don't live your life worrying about terrorists. Unfortunately, they are a fact of life now but they could strike anywhere. I live in Las Vegas and we are supposedly on their target list also. The thing is, when it's your time, it's your time and you could be in bed asleep when the times comes. So don't worry about dying so much that you forget about living. You're a good kid, I'm sure everything is going to be alright. Also, you're never too young to learn how to use the spell checker the next time you post.

hun, hate to scare you, but yes they CAN crash a plane into it. you might be too young to remember that day, but they also hit the pentagon, which isnt very tall at all. i dont know if i can see that movie. i presonally felt attacked that day. i'm a new yorker in my heart and will always be, but i happen to live in northern virginia now, and only a few miles from the pentagon.
you need to not worry about all of this tho. they cant evacuate the us. thats not plausable or feasable. they needed to evacuate parts of NYC because they didnt know what was going on and were affraid that the bridges were going to be targeted too. the main scares nowadays arent buildings. if anything, and i'm not trying to scare you, but its the truth, its going to be chemical or biological threats. these people that want to attack the american way of life arent going to be satisfied with only hurting a few thousand people. they will attack neculear plants, the farming land, or possible water sources. but we as americans cant live in fear. just listen to the national anthum "home of the brave". we have to be diligent and report anything suspicious to the local authorities. if you see someone repeatedly hanging around a place, maybe taking photos or notes or videotaping, thats suspisious. call the fbi and report it. you can even report stuff on-line. just be aware of whats going on around you and just be prepared that there is a small chance that something could happen near you. but dont live in fear. they win if you do. you have to stand up to them and continue with your daily life as if it doesnt effect you. if these people want to hurt us, they will keep trying. but our government will do its best to stop that. we have to have faith in them and each other.

After 9/11 there has been no other attack on American main land.Bush policies have been effective. Unfortunately no one realizes that. They keep blaming him for real and imaginary reasons. Coming back to your question rest assure no one is going to attack that mall you are referring to. At least not terrorists as in 9//11.If there are some attack by homegrown terrorists I can not say.

You cannot live your life being afraid. Live it to the fullest, have fun, forget the bad things, and be happy. God has created a purpose for us all, and if your time comes to be in heaven, you will go there and there is nothing you can do about it. It is important that you be happy and llive your life without fear. The enemy will be taken care of by the powers that care about all humans.

I thought they changed their minds about the Mall of the Americas and decided instead to fly into Brainerd's Paul Bunyon Statue. That would be a crime. I know I'd be appalled if that happened.
