You watch too much Jerry Springer, I think. (that was my joke answer).
The truth is that some women do prefer black men in general. Others may just find someone that they can connect with and love (be they black, white, or any other color). Personally, I mostly dated white men, but that's because they were the ones that I came into contact with the most. However, I never objected to dating black men (and have on a few ocassions). As it happened, the man that I fell in love with was white, but that isn't why I chose him. I chose a man who was kind, generous and loving. Had he been black, I'd have loved him just the same.

Not all white girls like black men. the ones that do simply like them mostly it's just a preference.

Because most black men are better looking then white men.And white girls like white guys too but sometimes they just want to try out the other guys...its as simple as that.

ummm not all white girls lke black men in a relationship way. Not my thing, but to each their own. Why do black guys like white girls? I have more black men hit on me than white men, and i don't have a big bootie, so don't think that. i'm barely 5'4" and 114lbs, sooo go figure. that's like asking why do some people like coke rather than pepsi.

I dont think that anyone choose to like a black, purple or polka dot person for the most part. It is just who you enjoy being with. Perhaps younger girls may get caught up in that but actually most people like the person first, it is not about the color.

The misconception is that it has to do with size.
Personally, I think it's more the bad-boy, thuggy thing. =) Maybe it has to do something with rebelling against society....like forbidden fruit. Some people just have preferances.
I mean they say that Denzel Washington is so handsome b/c his features are all symetrical.

Not all of them do but I think some of those that do are attracted to the taboo that normally comes with interacial relationships. Personally though I believe it is possible though to be attracted to a black man just because he looks good and not for any other reason.
