need to lose about 15-20 and i dont eat much but still like to drink a few times a week. not alot of time for me to work out. anyone have any luck with anything?

ANY exercise is helpful, especially if it helps build muscle tissue. Look at beer labels, and try to find one with the least calories if that's your taste. If it's wine you like, limit your consumption. But it is important to make sure you get adequate nutrition (especially protein) to spare muscle tissue while burning fat. Muscle is 'metabolically active' tissue, which means it burns fat. And do not expect to lose weight fast. By making small managable changes in your life, you can lose 1-2 pounds a week, and it will be easier to KEEP off. A good book to take a look at is "The Abs Diet". Easy and effective ways to take off weight.

Actually I lost a lot of weight through weight watchers and have kept it off for 3 years +/-. Anyway, I don't count points anymore. I just eat better during the week (like a Healthy Choice for lunch everyday) and then on the weekends I eat what I want). But I drink beer during the week and on weekends and it's not affected my weight any.

be smart about what you drink. The best choices are dry red wine, light beer, and rum w/DIET coke. They run about 100-150 calories apiece. Whatever you do, do not go for the long island iced tea, margarita, etc. Those can pack a wallop upwards of 700-800 calories apiece. Also, limit to 1,2 drinks at the most.

I had this same problem when I tried to lose weight. If you like Crystal Light, try mixing any flavour of that with vodka or white rum. Stay away from liqueurs with sugar in them like any kind of schnapps. Most beers are also pretty high in calories, but if you go with light beer, it's not so bad.

look at the stillman diet, but you need to find drinks that have no carbs (sugars)

i think its impossible to happen because my fathers is drunkard, his tummy is so big like watermelon. so dont drink anymore and go to GYm.
