Listen, this may sound a little off but I've been playing competitive golf for 13 years. If I have a tournament where I've got to walk 36 then I'm usually pretty sore the next day. So I've learned to drink tons of water before ther tournament and eat bananas the night before. Then about an hour before the round take 2 tablespoons of olive oil and continue drinking water and eat at least a banana durring the round. Trust me, the soreness will not appear.

Take a hot bath or get some heating pads and place them in the spots that are the most sore.

drink alot of water - it keeps you hydrated and your muscles have a smaller chance of cramping or getting too sore - I thought it was bs myself but I started drinking 2 gallons of water a day about a year ago and even when I go rock climb or snow board, I really don't get as sore as I used to

try to stretch out before you play. especially your arms, neck, and back. they take the most abuse during a round. and if you have access to it, get in a hot tub afterwards. i used to do that when i played and it worked wonders. also you might try getting a deep tissue massage. costly sometimes but welll worth it.
