for those that have beliefs centered around a concept of oneness(see below)?

do any of you say a prayer before you eat? what/who would you express gratitude towards? i've been wondering about this one. serious answers only please.

Some people have different views of what Oneness really is. To me, it means that we are all connected to God, to each other, and to the energy of earth. So, do I pray before I eat? No, I don't. Do I pray at all? Absolutley, usually every night before I fall asleep. I express my gratitude to Mother and Father God.
