it really does not matter who wins who loses as both jesus and muhammed- pbut were brothers in faith of ONE GOD. they both were sent on earth by the same God and Inshallah when jesus-pbuh will return he will tell u this.
by the way , it is forbidden to make a likeness of anyone.
Exodus 20:4-6 records the Second Commandment. May Be You could bet Jesus for One Side and bet Muhammed for other, then Flip The Coin.
And What If The Coin Stands On Its Edge ?

I will assume that you are just trying to be humorous, arent you?
The thing is your purpose will not be fulfilled properly and additionally may bring in more reasons for war. See, some people will have Mohammed (pbuh) as the head where as the rest will get Jesus (pbuh) as the head. so now they may try to establish their "head"s and the consequences may not be really good.
So i will say .. nope .. not a good idea!
