The best (and the cheapest too)
Put some olive oil in a microwaveable bowl, heat until warm.
Then wet a towel and wring it out, put that in the microwave for about 90 sec, while you put the olive oil through the mid-lengths and ends of your hair.
Wrap the hot towel around your head. (the heat will open up the cuticles of your hair to absorb the oil)
After 10-15 mins, remove the towel, rub some shampoo directly into the oil on your hair, THEN rinse.
Repeat the shampoo process to remove the last traces of oil.
Do a final rinse with water as cold as you can stand it
Voila, nourished, shiny locks.
I do it every 2-3 weeks, and my hair looks great.

i think of it regularly relies upon on the variety of hair you have. i'm biracial and characteristic in between frizzy, curly hair. i take advantage of Dove shampoo and conditioners 2 - three times a week and a deeper conditioner as quickly as a week. The Deep condittioner isn't fancy in any respect, it rather is called cholesterol (it has an olive oil mixture), yet its staggering. super for all varieties of hair. the ingredient approximately hair treatments is they could be utilized in collaboration with stronger hair care behavior. in case you have greater coarse, curly, or in basic terms drier hair, look into shifting faraway from extensive-unfold washing as they are able to dry the hair and not supply sufficient time for scalp oils to artwork their thank you to the information and effect in dryness. additionally, maximum conditioners used with a heating cap, a plastic cap, and for a couple of minutes (based upon product form) are super. Checking in with a sturdy/relied on stylist is usually a sturdy theory besides. sturdy luck!
