If you are under 16, and 'he' is telling you how much he cares for you and loves you...over the internet, and you have never met him, or you don't know anyone to verify his identity, I suggest you report him to the police.
If however, you are both consenting adults, neither of you emotionally unstable, then get on an aeroplane and see the freak.
Alternatively, install a camera to your PC, download software from www.skype.com and you can both have a lovely chat over a soothing cup of tea.

well keep the communication line open. But in cases like this the long distance relationship never works out its either you or him cheatin or it is difficult and expensive i'm telling you girl you have to work out something fast to keep him or else it is just going to fade away
