i met him being in a relationship with someone else he claimd to start loving me and wanting me but it took me 4yrs to see that all that was a lie,now im hurt ! what do i do

Obviously this guy is NOT the right guy for you. Every woman deserves to feel happiness and closeness when in a relationship, not sadness. He has apparently beat you down so much to wear you think you cant do any better! and you can! You just have to get over him, you'll have to realize that you are better than that, and you can do better than that. Statistics say that however long you are with a person, it will take you half that time to get over him. So it will take you 2 years to fully and completly get over this guy. If he calls, dont answer. If he wants to see you, dont go see him, it will just bring back old memories and you'll end up missing him and getting back together with him and falling into the same trap. Just cut yourself off completly from this guy, even change your phone number if you have to. He will eventually want to call you and try to get you back, but dont fall for it, he will still treat you like crap because people dont change! Just move on, read a relationship book. I suggest reading the book "hes really not that into you" It will explain alot. If you need to cry, just cry, nothings worse than holding in tears. Of course it will be hard, VERY hard especially since you've never been with another man. But you will find another man, another man who will love you and care for you how you deserve to be loved and cared for. I could go on all day, but this is your decision, so good luck! <3

You should start by just hanging out with some of your friends. Start fresh. Enjoy being single for a while. Take your time and dont rush into another relationship too quickly because you might come back out hurting again. Just take it one day at a time!

best way is to move on to other guys. before u know it someone else will come in to ur life and make u a very happy person. just get outthere. but give ur self time to get over him first. u can't go starigh in to anouther realtionship if ur already hurt.

im sorry hun i dont kno ... if u get a good answer ssend it over to me cause im in a 5 yr situation kinda like urs and we were even married AND divorced and were still together and im lost in life im NOT happy but i think i rather b unhappy than b alone
