Try wet t-shirt contest Fridays, or just give them a firm open palm slap on the behind to let them know they did a good job and are appreciated.

If you have anything to do with the -underpaid - give them a raise. The disrespected part is easy to act on. Make positive comments and encouragements while other coworkers are around. I bet the ladies will appreciate your politeness.

Women are not underpaid. This is complete crap.
As for the rest of it, simply act in a respectful manner and try to educate those that don't.

How wonderful....May the God of your understanding continue to bless you. I think it helps us out when men are understanding and empathetic as you obviously are, and although the Bible states that we are submissive to men (our husbands) we still have feelings, needs, and wants just like men. Therefore, I would suggest that you ask the women in your particular workplace how you might best be of service to them, and I am sure they will be appreciative and grateful because of your christian kindness and a desire to service their needs, and to let them know you empathize with them as women in the workplace.....Have a productive week; you've certainly just made mine and I'm sure quite a few other women's week as well!!!...
