Damn, I'm a day late.
I had liver and onions last night, so Ross B was the best offer really.
Luxury Shepherds pie tonight though. Oven, not microwave.
Sainsburys ready meal though.
Christ, I'm not selling this well.
Fish & Chips?

lemon chicken - really easy and very tasty:-
I chicken breast per person, with skin on, two lemons, honey, 2 cloves of garlic, olive oil.
Make a sauce from the non-chicken ingrdients:- jiuce and zest of both lemons, garlic chopped fine, tablespoon olive oli and honey. Put chicken in an over-proof dish with a lid, pour over the sauce, cook medium heat until chicken is cooked though. Serve with boiled new potatoes and a spinah salad. Use the left-over sauce to pour over the chicken once served.
Enjoy

This is very simple but delicious.
Have some baked potatoes, with skin and all (you can cook them in your microwave oven), cut them in two and add your favourite ingredients. Suggestions:
- Crumbed cheese
- Butter, salt and pepper
- Olive oil, salt and mild paprika
Enjoy!
