I am a pagan/wiccan in training. I don't believe in God - I used to. but I still believe Im spritual. Spirituality comes from inside you. You learn to take your energy and the energy around you to aid you in whatever you do. Through meditation I gain access to my inner self, my sprirt, soul if you will.
This is what I think: no matter what religion you belong to or what you believe - thats just it you believe what you believe. If you are strong in your belief and the path you walk, then you are spiritual. Religion has nothing to do with spirituality - it is something you have to attain yourself no matter what your beliefs are.
I believe in souls because I believe in reincarnation. I don't know where our souls come from or how we were created. But I do know my soul and how to keep it strong and clean. That is my spirituality.

"Spiritual" is one of those terms so vague that just about everyone who uses it means something completely different by it. To some people it means being in touch with their specific God, to some people it means being in touch with the power of nature. To some people it means meditating. To some people it means thinking philospohically. By some of those meanings, an atheist could be spiritual, by others he couldn't.

By feeling small, just small. Insignificant, but in a good way. A tiny spec in something so much greater than I whose beauty I can't even begin to comprehend, and whose impossiblity I cannot even begin to marvel at. I do not believe in a conscious God, but it seems as good as word as any to describe what I see in the middle of the night, at my heartbeat is the only sound and the stars my only companion.

I find my spirituality in the trees, the birds, the flowers, and in you. You are part of my journey because I found you here. You mean something to me from now on, and you'll always have my blessings.
Blessed be for ever more...

No, i do no longer. i think of spirituality is many times synonymous with superstition and/ or magical thinking, yet no longer continuously. on occasion it relatively is purely psychological ritual mixed with self-exploration. it is totally valid, and not unavoidably per misguided thinking. in my view, i've got confidence no desire for the ritual, and interrogating my inner life does not rather require me thinking of it in any non secular or ritual trend to be rewarding. I additionally do no longer see why we would desire to call it "non secular" if we at the instant are not speaking a pair of literal "spirit" cut loose our actual bodies.

My spirituality is based in the natural world and my conscience and subconscience mind. There is nothing I find more spiritual than being alone in nature and meditating. I feel/see/hear the natural rhythems of nature and they bring me peace.

I am an atheist and I have faith in humanity. I tend to my 'spiritual' side by seeing the good in other humans around me regardless of their belief system.

Spirituality does not (necessarily) have anything to do with religion... it has to do with self-realization.
