I have a 2 year old daughter and the pediatrician told me to put 2-3 drops of hydrogen peroxide at 3% to clean her ears every 3-4 weeks. If it's safe for her, I bet is safe for you.
You will feel a effervescent effect and then the water will be gone.

1/2 vinegar and 1/2 isoproyl alcohol. Put in your ears daily. The alcohol helps dry out the ear and the vinegar increase the acidity, limiting bacteria growth. My doctor recommend this mix to me for swimmers ear and it worked like a charm.

If you mean that you got some water in your ears from swimming or showering just put a drop of rubbing alcohol in each ear. It will take care of it.
