I believe you can, but you need a piece of equipment, which unfortunately isn't cheap. I looked this up a while ago, so I don't really remember to well. Google "HDMI Splitter", thats how I found it.

You need an HDMI switcher, NOT a splitter. A splitter splits one connection to many, A switcher allows multiple devices to go to one input. You need a switcher. Buy a receiver with HDMI or buy an outboard switcher from...
