i think you need to approach this one in the right way. first of all how well do you know her. does she know you exist. Give of +ve vibes, always look your best, acknowledge her with a smile or say hello, when out on the town compliment her, have short conversations with her, just don't rush in all hammer and tongs,also find out a bit about her however don't obsess or stalk her (ha ha ha)
