I am absolutely amazed at how many people don't believe in hell. How practiced is Satan as a liar to deceive so many. Yes it saddens me to see so many take the few years here on earth, and not realize eternity is eternity. My heart gets heavy thinking about the lost, and that Christians seem so blase'(not all of course). Are we going to be there watching humanity thrown in the pit of hell, as we are safe in our Fathers arm's?

I was quite overwhelmed at one point by thinking I had to talk to all the lost, and the Lord told me, only as I lead the way. One by one.
be blessed

I am buddhist, but if you wish to believe in such a place as hell, that is your choice eh? And seeing as all religions dictate that if you arent a follower of their religion, then by default, everyone on the planet is going to hell, as a christian is not a muslim, so to a muslim, the christian goes to hell, and vice versa. This massive contradiction kinda undermines all organised religions, which is why I practice buddhism. It isnt so much a religion, as a philosophy and way of life, about balance, and trying to be the best person you can be. There is no heaven really, and therefore, no hell. We are part of an energy that has been around since time began, we never leave it, just become different states of that energy. Right now, that is as a living breathing, sentient being. When we die, our energy returns to the earth and atmoshpehere from where we came from, from where we get our food, and from what we build our homes from. Peace be with you, and try not to focus on the negative so much, you seem to worry about hell. Enjoy ur life and just be a good human being.

As I have been studying the Bible for 25 years and can even translate revelations, I can tell you right now that Hell does exist. The Bible clearly states' the dead are dead and no NOTHING' so how can a dead person exist in hell if he dead, It means Sheol or Gehenna-the common grave. Heaven on the other hand does, There are only 144,000 who will go to heaven(some have already gone up) to rule as the new government after Armageddon when God will clean up the earth after destroying all the wicked on this earth, these people include those who are part of the governments and the church rulers and any who associate with it. A great crowd will survive Armageddon to help in the clean up.This crowd will be those who follow the Bible's instruction to the letter, and in doing what Jesus commanded.

I find it funny how all these people seem to think 'oh Hell it doesn't exist' but yet evil thrives around us on a daily basis from the smallest crime to the wars of Iraq and the Lebanon! So where does evil go if it doesn't exist? The greatest trick Lucifer played upon man was tricking the world into thinking he doesn't exist...some people are in for a big surprise!
As for allot of people going there well if people choose to be evil then that's there problem you cannot make them be decent human beings....so do not concern yourself with them, like I said its a choice...the best thing we all can do is help those around us who so desperately need it!

No. Because Hell does not exist! Christianity claims to be consistent with Judaism, but in Judaism they originally did not have any concept of Hell. They believed that when people die they go to Sheol, which is merely the Land of the Dead, corresponding to the Greek Hades. Our concept of Hell is like the Greek Tartarus, not Hades. It was during the Babylonian Exile that the Jews absorbed the concept of Hell from Persian thinking. In Zoroastrianism, people are purged by fire TEMPORARILY if they don't do it voluntarily. It is not eternal punishment. Any notion of infinite punishment, when no one is infinitely evil, is unworthy of any God.

I am but I'm sure they chose hell. I think the biggest concern is people knowing that they do have choice for better. If they choose hell even with the knowledge of better then all the best to them. We all have a choice.

narrow is the road and few are those who find it. Some believe as Christians we are on the love boat and can now lounge around having "fellowship" but really we should be a battle ship at the gets of hell rescuing everyone we can.

Do you suppose Noah worried that animals might fall off the ark by the ship load? Maybe that's what happened to the dinosaurs.

I would be concerned in that were true.

Hell is a city in Michigan, you know. If people were falling into it, that would imply a massive defect in the way airplanes are built.

The mythological hell does not exist.

What an idiotic question. Are you just assuming that people all believe in hell? The only people who believe in hell are the ones who don't think they are going there.
