god loves us all... that's what the believers say, but they don't even know if "love" is a universal feeling... unless we are the only living organisms that can feel love...
god created us in his image... how convienent for us that we, out of countless planets out there with possible life, that we resemble god the most? why would god need arms and legs? isn't he omnipotent? EVERYTHING happens at the speed of his will, he doesnt eat he doesn't drink and God certainly doesn't travel by feet...
wake up ppl, the bible is a big fairy tale story for the adults, and that's it.

Actually, the description of both religious and non religious is very similar. The material was already here or came from "nowhere" or from a Big Bang (Theory). Life itself was present in the material that was there, but just needed the right enviroment in order to connect and then grow. This material, however it got here, can not be "created" and can not be completely destroyed. This "Material" sounds a lot like the God all the religious ppl talk about as well.
It is impossible to prove either one 100% right. So to say one is over the other, is mere opinion. We should at least be honest on that part of it.
And I've yet to really see where a scientist working on the many different theories of Evolution was actually trying to use it to prove there is or isn't a God. But, it does make me wonder, how many who agree with evolution, as a science, to the point of rejecting everything in religion... do they see parapsychology as a science? Or is that left out because of what it is?

People keep assuming there is no such thing as God. They keep assuming that we are the only planet with a life form. They keep assuming we are the only galaxy. They keep assuming the big bang theory is correct. This is sad. There are other galaxies, with I am sure life sources. The golf ball would have had to explode a long way to form all of these. God is in the third heaven, I don't know where the third heaven is located. We are mere insects to the giant universes, that just happened. Very small in comparison to what is there. I will not question God in His greatness, but you can all you want.

lets say you were in a field.........a big giant desolate field......and you stumble upon a watch..........what is the first thing that you would think? that there must be a watchmaker.......things as complex as the universe don't just *poof* into existence.....i may not be the best at defending my Creationism views, but whether you'd like to believe it or not, all of the other views about how the universe got here have not been proven either......

I agree that the [fact that life exists] proves that life exists.

Have you ever had a friend? Is his existence proof that he exists? Do you need a friend-free zone to compare it to?

That's the problem with proofs. You really can't prove faith. It's the problem with most of the back and forth that goes on here: atheists require a leap of faith, Christians require a leap of faith, Islams require a leap of faith, but almost all of us forget that. When we forget that and start trying to "prove" our beliefs then we get into these stupid back and forth arguments that get everyone nowhere 9not saying this is one of those).
We can discuss, but I doubt we'll ever be able to do much to resolve.

But the Bible speaks about and many other things, before "science" discovered them. I believe the Bible is the word of God, therefor God exists!

Amen...heh heh heh...There is no way to prove or disprove the existence of any sort of supreme deity. Perhaps Mankind is the deity, as we have created God in our image.
