ive noticed that people i work with really get on my nerves.... they dont really have to say anything... just walk up to my desk is enough.... i dont let it show much..... not everyone though.... does anyone else feel that way sometimes? do i need anger management classes?

Yes, it is normal...at least for me! I have a really low tolerance for jerky people at work, and there are lots of them. I think part of the problem is that it's resentment because you're forced to spend like 8 hours a day with these idiots...people you would never socialize with normally...and it seems like more time than you get to spend with your friends and family! :o(

Yes, I hope it's normal or at least somewhat common. I have days when I could just scream at some of my co-workers for doing the same crap they do every other day. But don't blow up, it's really hard to take back something you said in anger.

Sounds like something else is really bothering you. You need to figure out what it could be. I feel that way sometimes, but it's usually something else, sometimes something unrelated bothering me. I would not think you need anger management classes, yet. Best wishes and Peace to you.

Not at all, Sometimes there is just those people that you don't like. There's isnt really anything you can do to help it. Just avoid them.

no...its normal, but its noth them it is you...you are having job slump syndrome...you need to take the weekend and relax...don't speak to anybody from work, don't think about work, and monday you should have a better attitude

It's normal. Maybe your blood sugar is low and makes you sensitive.
