Will the jam set as well as if I use sugar?

You measure the splenda exactly like sugar.

It actually depends on what type of Splenda you are using...the regular Splenda or the big bag of Baking Splenda? A half cup of Baking Splenda equals the same a 1 cup of sugar. It should set the same because the baking Splenda is made for things like that, but the Splenda website would be able to tell you without a doubt. Good luck and it sounds good!

If you are replacing sugar with Splenda, cut the amount of sugar used in half...that is how much Splenda you need.
