on the screen about 4 inches in diamater off center to the left, it doesnt cover the picture it just tints it. What could be wrong with my tv?

I want to know whats wrong with the TV, i know i can take it back but i want to know what could be causing this

It more then likely its was caused by a magnet like someone else answered by a stereo speaker that is not shielded. You can return the TV to wal-mart within 90 days with receipt. I would also have them check the warranty because Sanyo TVs at wal-mart has a 1 year over the counter exchange with receipt.

Obviously a defect of some kind. Can't say any more without knowing which particular flat screen technology it is.
Doesn't really matter, though. Just return it.

Someone must of fell against or pressed heavily on your tv. Only pressure will cause discoloration on the screen.

Don't worry about it. Just return the TV and get a new one.
