No but i can tell you what they told me about Koh Samui Full Mooon party. You sign up for a boat ride to some island nearby. There are loads of boats that take people and the guy (the guy selling the boat rides) said that each Full Moon about 10,000 people go to the beach to party. It is very wild, crowded and easy to get lost from your friends. It sounded like 80% foreigners and 20% thai. I missed it by one day when i had to leave! I would recommend going based on the hype.

Ko Pha Ngan used to have just wild full moon parties. I haven't been in years but I have heard that the local police have cracked down a bit.

No, but I was invited to numerous ones in Phuket. I don't enjoy drunks, prostitutes and pot so I didn't go.
Not everyone participates in the drugs and prostitutes part, but it's pretty bad. When I lived near Phuket, it was pretty common to hear about rapes, arrests, etc. If you go, I hope you have friends with you.
