Ingredients
1 large baking apple
One 7" inch square of pastry dough
2 tablespoons of sugar
Dash of cinnamon & nutmeg spice mixed together
Peel the apple and core. Deposit the spices into the center of the apple and place onto the uncooked pastry.

Add a square of butter and wrap the apple with the pastry.

Turn upside down on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.

Best served while warm. Add a dollop of ice cream for extra flavor.
