All you can do is start spending time with him. If he wants to spend time with you, chances are good that he likes you already. Don't spend too much time with him or he may lose interest, but give him a chance to get to know you. If he asks you out then cool, if not maybe it wasn't ment to be.

Just relax, be yourself and talk to him. Saying Hi is usually fine to start with. Tell him your name, ask for his. Tell him you noticed him before and find him interesting. Ask him what music he's into what does he like doing? Then LISTEN! Laugh at his jokes, whatever! Once the conversation starts theres no stopping people. People can't resist talking about themselves. Who knows after 5 minutes you might be bored to tears and decide he's not the one afterall!
I know I'm making it sound easy, but the trick is to be yourself and have the confidence to approach somebody. Once you have done then most of the battle is won. Remember - whatever he says he feels as uncomfortable as you at the start. The more relaxed you are the more relaxed he will be and vice-versa.

don't be shy but sometimes don't make it obvious for other people then every body will laugh at you and he will stop liking you or he might hate and some time pretend to be an accident nut bump in to him some where and you will both lose your stuff and then you could probably put your hand on his hand by accident well kinda on purpose but then just say uhhh and giggle and yea let it slowly work it way up i mean the relationship

BE HIS FRIEND. HANG OUT. WHEN YOU TALK HAVE CASUAL CONVERSATION AND DON'T BE BOTHERED WHEN OR IF HE TALKS AABOUT ANOTHER GIRL OR SOMETING YOU HAVE NO INTEREST IN. ACT LIKE EVERYTHINGS COOL WITH YOU. DON'T PUSH ANYTHING BETWEEN THE TWO OF YOU, BUT CASUALLY FLIRT WITH HIM. YOU KNOW LAUGH, TOUCH, HUG THAT KINDA STUFF. COMPLIMENT HIS CLOTHES, LOOKS OR COLOGNE. CASUALLY BUT SUBTLELY FLIRT!!!! MOST GUYS WILL CATCH ON IF YOU DO IT RIGHT. DON'T COME ON TOO STRONG YOU MIGHT SCARE HIM OFF. BUT IF YOU PLAY IT RIGHT HE'LL START TO LOOK AT YOU AS MORE THAN JUST A FRIEND.

to notice you you have to talk to him a lot of guys like courageous women, for him to like you you want to get to know him and find out what he likes and dislikes be come his friend, to have him ask you out you should flirt a little but ultimately you have to be yourself and be strong don't go weak at the knees or any thing stand tall and be strong.

show him how uber pro you are at gaming even though he knows your a total noob. show him your micro. he'll think that pwns and you guy will go out, and maybe eat some stuff you know.
