they hurt really bad so what can i eat for breakfast lunch and dinner?? and what can i do to make it hurt less

soft boiled eggs, jello, soup, ice cream soup and yes more soup

For the first week I ate LOTS of mashed potatoes. I was afraid that would be the only food I could eat for two years. I eat everything now. The only time you'll really have a problem with food is on the days you have your braces adjusted.

I remember how bad it hurt but it only lasted for a week.what I did was just drink fruit drinks.it was great because I didn't have any pain ,I loss a little weight,and the drinks where great.if you live in the USA go to a star bucks near by and buy a fruit drink called naked .its really good.

Soft foods. Nothing sticky! Maybe you just got to get used to your braces. I also heard from ppl that their doctor put their braces in to tight and when they were like 40 their teeth started coming out.

ohh just let it hurt seriously at least 1 week before it'll be hurtless it soft foods or eat soups

pretty much anything...except GUM...sticky things...just brush very diligently
