No I think people are just sue happy anymore and its sad. Even years ago people had to know it wasn't the smartest move and when it was decided that it wasn't the safest thing to do well then they should have stopped smoking. Why should someone get to sue someone because their Habit. Hell maybe I should sue KY company cause it was so addictive now I have 4 kids.
