Nero has a 30 day trial period. You can download either Nero 7 Ultra Edition (file size125 MB) or Nero 6.6 Ultra Edition ( file size 33 MB) or both. You can download both versions at

In addition to Nero, the site also has some other software which you can use to create and edit videos.
I recommend you don't use bittorrents and/or P2P file sharing since they oftentime contain spyware and adware disguised as genuine software.
