The only way to make hard alcohol is by the distillation method. Basically you are boiling some kind of grain then cooling down the steam. The water goes away and you are left with grain alcohol. You would need to buy a still. Unfortunatly, the equipment you need to make liquer are very similar to the equipment used to make meth, and so if you attempted to buy any type of still, the D.E.A. would be knocking at your door.
P.S. The slang term for liquer is Booze, not boos

Everything you need to know about this can be found on line and also the equipment required to do it too. Not only can you do your own hard stuff, but beer and wine as well. Everything you need to learn to do this is readily available. I have done wine-making and it is fun although the wine I produced was really terrible stuff and would knock your socks off but then again I was not too sophisticated when I did that. I could have done much better with more knowledge. Good luck!

Your going to have to be more specific because moonshine simply refers to any home distilled liquor.

Check out the link below to get you started with some general knowledge, but be careful! Alcohol is very flamable and home distilling is hard to control.

Making any hard liquor requires distillation which, beside from being illegal, is a difficult process. Say you wanted to make scotch: First you have to ferment twenty gallons of beer. Then you have to run it through your still (careful not to cause any explosions that'll destroy your home and kill your family). After you run it through your still, you do it once or twice more. When you are done, you'll have about a quart of cheap scotch.

You DON'T, home distillation is dangerous not only for explosions but from the toxic bi-products created. It can kill you and or your friends, you might as well be cooking crystal meth.
