I went to France for a trimester of my business administration and there I met a girl from Texas. She was very intelligent and smart. I really liked her a lot though we didn't talk much as she was with her American friends all the time.
Now that the trimester is over I am back in India and she is back in Texas. I would love to have such a wonderful girl like her as my girl friend. I can go ahead and email her and do stuff like that. But I am still confused how do I go about the whole thing?

Nothing lets a girl know you care more than a good stalking. Show her you'll go the extra mile by peering in the bathroom window while she's taking a shower. Call her relentlessly and hang up when she answers. Send her a love letter written in blood or with a piece of your body in it. Let her know that your willing to hack her to pieces if she doesn't love you back. You gotta put in the work, but it's all worth it in the end.

you have a BIG problem there, boy. first of all, you are miles apart from her. second, you are from a different race. you may get her to commit, but sooner or later, there will surely be a clash of cultures. how determined are you in pursuing her? are you willing to set aside your cultural beliefs just to have her? think it over first.
if you are still determined in pursuing her, then, the first step would be to email her first, if she responds positively to your mail, then, call her up on the phone. talk to her, know her likes and dislikes, discover her lifestyle. does it match yours? give hints that you are interested in her. if, during these times, you feel that shes a little bit interested in you, then, go to america, give it your best shot!

You can try to be friends and e-mail her, but I don't think a real relationship is gonna work when you live in India and she lives in Texas.

You can start step by step with asking her about her studies and plans in life after that , i mean you can start by talking usual things and get close to her by that and day after day you can open the subject that you want after gaining her trust.
