It's a complicated question. As a christian, I feel him in my life, though I know I'm not always the person I should be. Personally, I KNOW there is something protecting me as I've had a few experiences where I would have died had something not been just right. (a semi almost ran me over, being one of them)

There is no definitive way to know that God exists, it is faith based. Science is faith based as well, really. It is always changing, always being improved. The only reason certain laws are believed to be fact and truth is that new discoveries haven't come along to prove them wrong. How do you know there's wind? You can't see it. You can see leaves moving in the trees, but you cannot see the wind itself.

It's a personal choice to believe and a lot of people don't. Which is fine for them, but I know there would be something missing in my life if I didn't have my faith.

For "ME"..I asked me, he spoke to me on a level no human could..he reached out to me that I knew that he was the Lord. I sincerly asked and over a course of a Month God revealed to me he was real and VERY personal to me. Before that I wanted to think he wasn't real...that all those religious people were just after money etc...I thought they were so stupid and weak..I MET GOD!
So help me God...if this is not true!

There is no proof of the existence of a god, and because you cannot prove a negative, there is no proof that there isn't one. All the same, since no religion has lasted since the beginning of time, it is unlikely that any religion is correct. Besides, there are obvious inaccuracies portrayed in almost all religious histories. Why believe a holy book with faults?

The man whispered
"God, speak to me"
and a meadowlark sang.
But the man did not hear.

So the man yelled
"God speak to me!"
And the thunder rolled across the sky,
But the man did not listen.

The man looked around and said,
"God let me see you"
And a star shone brightly
But the man did not notice.

And the man shouted,
"God show me a miracle"
And a life was born,
But the man did not know.

So, the man cried out in despair,
"Touch me God and let me know that you are here!"
Where upon God reached down and touched the man.
But the man brushed the butterfly away and walked on.

Don't miss out on God's blessings, just because they aren't packaged the way you expect them to be.

We don't.
It's a personal and spiritual choice that every person on earth have. So believe it if you wish or don't. But if you want to believe that there is a God, you shouldn't question it/him/her. There is no rational/logical explanation, it's all in people's minds and hearts.
Feel free about what you are going to believe and do not let yourself get brainwashed by any type of organization.

How do you know as to who is your father and if he is Real?
The Same way you can know that God is Real...

Just as you believe in your mother and those who know your father and experience existance of father himself,
The same way you can know God...
Its That concrete

Let me explain to you something; if you went to an art gallery and saw a painting with all its splendor, and glory, and detail, and emotion. Would you know that someone painted it? Of course. Beacuse every peice of art has an artist, and every creation has a creator. God is real, and alive, and he wants to know you. He loves you and desires to be with you. He is waiting at the door, all you have to do is knock.

we don't, that's why it's a "faith" based religion, if his existence can be proven then God would be a scientific fact. Unfortunately that is not, and will never be the case.
