FrontPage is very easy to use, but it is somewhat limited in what it can do. If you are doing a simple web site, or if you don't have a lot of experience with web page design, use FrontPage.

Dreamweaver is not as intuitive as FP, but is a lot more powerful. DW gives you more tools, such as layering, but you need to know what you are doing more.

Keep in mind that you can use either of them to start and switch over to the other if desired.

I have used both. Dreamweaver is much better and accepted easier by the servers. Front Page needs special extensions put on before you can upload pages. Dreamweaver loads pages in several different ways and once you set this up it is so easy to upload changes to the site. It is also a more flexible program.

Don't know but Dreamweaver is playing on the radio just now. Think it means anything? Microsoft Front Page 2000 is probably compatilbe with all other Microsoft products, but I don't have any real experience with either.

Dreamweaver hands down. Front Page is one of the worst pieces of software every written, especially the 2000 version. No standards support at all.

Dreamweaver. Never personally used Front Page, but I've heard it's not so great.

If you are looking for a program like that, I would use Dreamweaver. I personally use Notepad++ :-)

Dreamweaver. It's more user friendly and more complete compared to Frontpage.

for short: IT'S BETTER
