Stop weighing yourself and use your clothing to gage your success. Your gain could be your body being toned from fat to muscle, which weighs more. Do you have a tape measure? That is much better than trying to track pounds loss progress. Look: http://www.f-heit.com/
Click on the "inches lost tracker." It is helpful and motivating.
Eat less bread, rice, potatoes, flour, pasta and red meat.
Eat more lean protein, calcium and fiber.
Eat smaller meals more often during the day.
Think positive and buy a shirt you love that you don't quite
look great in to wear with your favorite pre-pregnancy jeans
on some day in the future, like October 12th or something like
that. Work towards goals. Best wishes and congratulations, MOMMY! OH! Also, the celebreality show (vh-1's Celeb Fit Club) has a new mom (Erica) on it and she's trying to loose but she makes a point to realize she has like a 3 month old and
the pregnancy hormones won't let her loose...one day she will see the results and so will you.
p.s. stress made me gain and it makes it harder to loose, so support yourself never beat up yourself

Is this your first baby? How many pounds did you gain? Are you nursing?
You are WAY too impatient! It took you 10 months to gain this weight and especially if you are nursing it will take you up to a year or more to loose it wisely.
Your focus now needs to be on good nutrition for you and your baby. Walking and post-natal exercise is all you should be doing right now.

Stop worrying and watching the scale. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat. You will lose the weight if you continue to exercise. Just don't forget you have to eat right too. If you are breast feeding take care with what you eat b/c you are still eating for you and the baby. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO REMEMBER IS THAT EXERCISING IS GOOD FOR YOU NO MATTER WHAT THE SCALE SAYS!

Add more time and a bigger challenge to your work-outs, and try out a diet too. Because they were pregnancy pounds, it might take your body a while to realize that there isn't a baby that needs support anymore, and start metabolizing faster. Be patient! And congrats on the baby!

i did no longer attempt to lose the load, I had no time to exercising consultation so I basically figured if I lost it I lost it, I wore my generic denims for the period of my finished being pregnant and could placed on them back as quickly as I have been given domicile. At approximately 6 months i in my opinion all started dropping the load particularly quickly yet ended up getting pregnant back so I in no way thoroughly lost all of it :(

wow!! don't go into over load. give it a minute and relax. you gain weight in 10mts and you expect to lose it in 10mins. if you are nursing your body needs to regain it strenght from somewhere. your body is overworked and you working it hard. watch your eating.

c-section is one of the biggest operation one could have. so, don't force your body just to lose weight. it will take time, believe me, to be back in shape. but take your time and just be happy with your baby, your new life.
in the worst case, you will be in your previous shape in 1 year after birth. so, don't panic.
good luck :)
