There is no substitute actually but in absence of it I would probably just use pillsbury all purpose.
Martha White Flour is very good. I have had excellent results with it for biscuits and peach cobbler.

I buy it at Kroger or Publix.

I had a hard time finding it when I lived up north, but now that I'm back home in the south, it's everywhere. :)

try your local walmart super center ours has white lilly if not check at krogers hope you find it its what i use like i said its at the walmart in my town hope it helps
