so when you u use the toilet and you do big poo or something and sometimes that water splashed on your bum does that contain bacteria, and also does it contain the previous users bacteria, or is it just fresh water

If the toilet has not been sanitzied, then sure there is likely "something" left behind from other users...although I don't know how long or under what conditions it would take to keep all the kinds of bacteria and such alive...
...that's why many of our mom's taught us to squat to potty over public toilets when we were kids...

yes it does, unless the water is COMPLETELY drained and then you bleach the entire inside of the toilet bowl it's got bacteria...then it's still gonna have some. thus the reason i will not poo in a public potty, i only pee if its a dire emergency

Well.. generally speaking, it is fresh water but.... there are always germs left by the previous person but as far as water splashing up and kissing your buns.. I would not worry about it
