I've never been to New York before & i'm trying to find a hotel that would be walking distance or close to the places that you would want to go in New York. I dont know what any of them are but .. umm. yeah so the cost of the hotel doesnt really matter. Just something nice. && also where are some good places to visit while i'm there?

The Grand Hyatt on 42nd Street is very central and a good area and I believe it is also a nice hotel. Also, the Marriott Marquis in Times Square is a really nice hotel and it itself is sort of an attraction. They have their own Broadway theater there as well where you can see a show. Also a nice restaurant at the top that spins and gives a good view of the skyscrapers.
