I think I have played it too cool with this guy, and now he thinks I am not interested. So now I want him to know that I like him without having that 'where do we stand' convo. Do I chase him a bit? He hates 'bug a boo' women, and i never wana be that girl. What do I do guys??

Men like being chased by the women they want to chase them.

Women like being chased by the men they want to chase them.

We all spend too much time obsessing over our crushes and ignoring the people who might be more receptive.

If you are "lucky," you will "catch" a person you really want. You'll get married and they will turn out to treat you like garbage, leaving you with kids, financial problems, emotional heartache, and/or other issues.

Don't let it make you bitter, though!

If you want him bad enough, do whatever it takes.

Then you won't have to wonder what would have been.

i dont know what a "bug a boo" woman is.... so ill just answer this without mentioning that phrase ever...ever again.

No I dont like to be "chased". Simply because being chased by a woman implies that she wants something.... and apparently quite bad. Any woman that chases me is going to be more of a pain in my ar$e than it will be worth. What I do appreciate and encourage is for women to be more open with guys. Show an active interest in us and our hobbies. This lets us know that you like us, and is enough encouragement for most guys. I dont mind making the first move, I just want to know that the other person does have an interest in me. For this guy you speak of... just ask him if he "wants to hang out sometime"....then clear your throat..... and say.... "alone". haha..this is enough to get him moving if he likes you. If he reacts all weird, and makes you feel uncomfortable, just play it off like you haven't had enough quality time with him, and thought it would be nice to escape from your / his friends for once.

Bottom line.... if all else fails... just be honest with the guy with a very to the point comment. "i like you more than just as a friend". Then the ball is in his court...and he can do whatever he wants with it. If you're nervous.... mention it near the end of a day when you have to get going...and then you wont have to worry about ackward moments after that.

A guy would not mind - might even enjoy - being chased A LITTLE by a girl he likes. But if he does not really like the girl, then he would not like being chased by her.

So make sure that he likes you "enough" (and I can't define what that means because each guy is different) before you chase him a little.

But you can show him that you like being with him without chasing him!!

Men want to know you are interested but don't usually want to be chased. There's a difference. Resting your hand on his shoulder, lightly touching his ear, and smiling may all seem vague but it gets the point across. Trust me. Good Luck.

I say don't chase,..but step it up another notch. For example,..the way you look at him,..all women were blessed with the power of flirting, even if they don't know it. You should be able to look at him with that "come kiss me look" that you women are so good at giving,..and a sexy little smile that dares him to do so. If he still doesn't get it,..there is nothing wrong with making the first move.

Tell him how you feel, but a good game of hunter hunted can also be cool.
