It is.
Lots of people are, but there's no need for you to be if it doesn't suit you. Lots of people are lots of things that you don't need to participate with.
I'm not religious either. I don't much like large-group activities. I also register Independent as neither the Dems or Repubs suit me very well.

Constitutionally, yes. For the time being, but I fear for the future. Socially it is not, especially if you have political ambitions. I think a lot of people secretly do not believe, but they maintain a pretense of it so as not to offend people. It's sad that nonbelievers are the only minority it is still socially acceptable to hate.

Marx said, "Religion is the pap of the masses." meaning religion is a crutch for those not capable of living without mommy and daddy telling them whats right and whats wrong.
But, if you like to belong to clubs, why not a religious one?

Who decides what is o.k.? It would depend who's standards you are basing this on and it would depend what ones idea of religious is.
One can be without the trappings of dogma and religion and have morals and ethics.

NO...it's not OK....in order to properly exist...u have to believe there is something else up there.....bigger than u call Him what u want God, Allah, Buda....whatever....just to believe that there is an ulterior force that brings good to all nature and life......if u don't then ur just no different from a monkey or a cat.....

God expects you to be one of his child. You don't need to act all religious. Study his word and know what he expects from you.
